Hours: Monday - Friday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (20 hours per week) – would also consider 4 days/week x 5 hours/day. Occasional help required at weekends, if entertaining

Salary: £18.00 gross per hour – would like the person to be self-employed.

Description

A part time housekeeper is required for a family with 2 children aged 13 & 11 years old, and an elderly labrador/cross dog, in Cheadle, Greater Manchester (SK8)

Start Date: ASAP

Salary: £18.00 gross per hour – would like the person to be self-employed.

Hours: Monday – Friday: 2:00pm – 6:00pm (20 hours per week) – would also consider 4 days/week x 5 hours/day. Occasional help required at weekends, if entertaining

Duties:

· Housekeeping

· Cleaning & tidying

· Making & changing beds

· Washing & ironing, including hand washing

· Running errands

· Emptying dishwasher, bins/recycling

· Liaising with trades

· Wardrobe management

· Organising cupboards

· Occasional help when entertaining

· Watering plants

· Put shopping away

· Food preparation

· Occasional walking of the dog

· Occasional let children in from school

You must:

• Have previous experience as a housekeeper (hotel experience ok) with checkable references to support your application
• Have an Enhanced DBS certificate or be happy to have one done
• Be a driver with your own car
• Like dogs & be happy to take on short walks
• Be able to do food preparation
• Have high standards & good attention to detail
• Have a good level of English
• Be child friendly
